Online Marketing Services - Billing & Charges Policy
New clients are required to pre-pay 40% of the Service Agreement before we can start any work. Projects over $10,000 will include a schedule of payments during the development phase of the project. Upon project completion of the work, the client will be notified to review the work performed and either request edits or accept the work as complete. An invoice will be submitted for the final payment upon acceptance. The final work product will be delivered to the client upon receiving final payment.
For websites that are hosted on our servers, a hosting agreement and an invoice is delivered to you. The agreement includes payment options. A monthly payment option requires a credit card or debit card to be used with our automated, secured, electronic payment processing system.
Maintenance agreements are available for clients that prefer our staff maintain their website, e-Newsletter broadcasts, e-PressReleases, and analytic report presentations.
Website Development & Graphics
Our service agreement outlines the cost website development including the skin(s) which is the look and feel of the website. The agreement provides for charges for graphics to be used to capture attention and in some cases be used as icons to direct traffic to other pages on the website. We can use digital images that are provided by the client or licensed digital images from various stock image providers. We can design custom graphics, animations, and video presentations. The service agreement includes a service rate table.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Our service agreement outlines the cost for search engine optimization. For new clients, these charges are included in the service agreement to develop a new website. In some cases, the charges for SEO are provided by a separate agreement.
For clients with established websites, we provide estimates for SEO and charge by the hour to conduct research, make SEO recommendations, edit the website code for SEO, and submit the site to the search engines. A maintenance agreement is available for clients that desire that we monitor the SEO performance reports and make edits to the site to maintain an optimum page rank position.
Online Advertising
Our service agreement outlines the cost for the design and development of an online advertising campaign. This agreement includes the cost to monitor, edit, and maintain the campaign on a month to month basis.
E-Newsletter Broadcasting
Our service agreement outlines the cost for the design and development of an e-Newsletter, online signup process and website code implementation, and contact list importation and management. The agreement includes the cost to maintain the e-Newsletter and broadcast the e-Newsletter upon request or schedule.
